NOTE: You must use the classic “Student Services Center”

A Financial Terms and Conditions Hold will be put on your account before your first semester. You will not be able to sign-up for classes until the hold is resolved. It will only be added to your account again if there is a gap of 2 or more years.

STEPS TO RESOLVE THIS HOLD

  • Login via the Be sure to click on “Classic Student Center.”
  • You’ll be directed to log in. Your username is the beginning of your USM email address before the @ symbol (usually firstname.lastname). Your password is the same one used to access your USM email.
  • Now that you鈥檙e in your Student Center, click on the link for 鈥淔inancial Terms and Conditions鈥� in your To Do List. It鈥檚 the 3rd聽box down on the right side of the page.

  • Read the details of the Financial Terms and Conditions and when you鈥檙e done check the box for 鈥淎ccept鈥� at the bottom of the agreement.
  • Click 鈥淪ave鈥�
  • Click 鈥淔inish”
  • Look at the top right of the page and click “Exit” to return to your Student Center

The hold should now be gone.
