DESCRIPTION:The Office of Graduate Studies is delighted to welcome our new graduate students to the community at the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½! \n \nPlease join us for a New Graduate Student Orientation on Wednesday\, January 15 from 12-1:30 p.m. in the Abromson Community Education Center\, first floor\, on the Portland campus. \nOur event will include: \n\nA resource fair featuring partners from across campus who are committed to helping graduate students succeed\nA panel of current students providing tips and tricks for getting the most out of the graduate student experience\nDelicious refreshments and USM swag\nWelcome from USM leadership\n\nThis is a great opportunity to meet fellow graduate students\, faculty\, and staff\, and get helpful information about graduate student life at USM. Please RSVP by Friday\, January 10th. We hope to see you there! \n  \nIf you’re an online student or can’t make it to the in-person event\, join our Online Information Session for New Graduate Students to meet the Graduate Studies team\, current students\, and learn about University resources and opportunities. This will take place on Friday\, January 17 from 12-1 p.m. via Zoom.  \n  \nIf you have questions about disability access or need to request disability accommodations (e.g. sign language interpreters\, materials in electronic format\, etc.)\, please contact the Office of Graduate Studies.
