These educators\, devoted to fostering creativity in their classrooms\, now take center stage to share their artistic practices in a variety of mediums. This exhibition not only showcases members’ artistic abilities but reinforces the significance of maintaining a personal artistic practice while inspiring the next generation of creators. \nThe Maine Art Education Association is a professional organization that promotes visual arts education in Maine. With over 200 members throughout the state\, MAEA’s goals include encouraging best practices in visual arts classrooms\, supporting professional development for its members\, and recognizing and celebrating outstanding educators.
