By donating to the Career & Employment Hub, you can help support our many student-focused programs and events!
The Career & Employment Hub provides programming to all students, undergraduate and graduate, to prepare them for future careers. Programs and events include:

Job and Internship Fair
USM hosts a Job & Internship Fair every semester, open to all majors and types of employers. Our fairs are a great opportunity to connect with students and grow your brand on campus.

Networking Dinner
Each semester, our students look forward to our Networking Dinner! An opportunity for good food and even better conversation, local employers have made a huge impact to make this event a success year after year.
If you are interested in becoming a future sponsor, please reach out.

Peer Career Guides
Peer Career Guides (PCGs) are USM students trained to guide fellow students in specific career-related activities. PCGs support students with resume and cover letter development through 1-on-1 conversations.
Originally, the PCG Program was grant-funded. Your donation would allow us to continue the program and more!

Career Exploration Internship Program
The Career Exploration Internship Program is a paid program hosted by the Career & Employment Hub. These internships allow students to directly apply their classroom learning and build on-the-job skills in a professional setting. ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ student interns gain valuable workplace experience and make connections in their field.

Job Shadow Program
USM Job Shadow is a one-day program that gives USM students and alumni the opportunity to spend one full day shadowing employers in Maine. This program is a great way for USM students and alumni to form connections with employers and gain exposure to different career possibilities in a variety of industries.
