Ielaf collaborates with staff members to ensure that students’ needs are met. She
works closely with the TRIO director to plan projects and set goals. Additionally, she
designs and implements monthly marketing campaigns. Ielaf facilitates student
discussions and received a facilitator badge in 2020 from the Education Design Lab.
She is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Leadership and is very passionate about
student affairs. Her goal is to enhance students’ college experience to generate better
outcomes and provide sufficient resources for students to be successful.
