Julie Atkins brings over 20 years of experience in research and technical assistance on issues affecting children, youth, and families. She currently co-leads the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½ component of the Capacity Building Center for Tribes, focusing on the development of online resources for tribal child welfare agencies across the country. She also co-leads a cooperative agreement with the State of Maine focused on child welfare policy and workforce development.
