Sarah Kelly is a Clinical Counselor at University Health and Counseling Services. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Wheaton College in 1992 and earned her Master’s Degree in Mental Health Counseling from the ÐÓ°É´«Ã½. Sarah enjoys working with individuals, couples and groups. She utilizes a person-centered and strength-based approach in her work. Sarah also incorporates useful interventions such as CBT and mindfulness.
Sarah enjoys skiing, being outdoors, and spending time with her family.
