Thibodeau To Be the First Deaf Mainer to Earn Ph.D in Maine

Regan Thibodeau will be the first deaf, native Mainer to receive her Ph.D within Maine. This month, Thibodeau will graduate with a Ph.D in Public Policy from the University.
